These Terms of Service govern your use of the Leather Journal Co. website and your purchase of our products. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Our Products

Every journal is made from genuine full-grain or top-grain leather and finished by hand. Natural materials carry natural variation, so the grain, tone, and texture of your journal may differ slightly from the photographs on our site. These variations are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We work to keep pricing and availability accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by a pricing or availability mistake. In that case, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount already charged.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Shipping

Orders are packed within one business day and typically arrive in 2–5 business days, with tracking included. Shipping is free on orders over $50. We currently ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

If your journal isn’t right for you, you may return it within 30 days in unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

Personalization

If you add a monogram or short message at checkout, we’ll emboss it onto the cover. Please review your personalization carefully before ordering; personalized items can only be returned if they arrive defective.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Leather Journal Co. and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leather Journal Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
